How can I Pay?

Using a credit card to shop at our store is quick and easy. To ensure the maximum level of protection the transaction is carried out on the bank's secure server. Our store does not store credit card data.

How can I make a bank transfer?  

If you decide to shop and use the bank transfer payment method, remember to make the payment within 3 days of the order date. Once this period elapses, if you have not made the transfer your order will be cancelled.

Use the following data for the bank transfer:

Motive: specify the order date and number, which you can find in the confirmation email.


Can I order as guest?

No. You must regiter as costumer before placing your order.

When will I receive my order?

Shipments are generally prepared and consigned to the courier within 1 working day from receipt of payment. Orders placed over the weekend will processed on the following Monday. If a product becomes out of stock in the meantime you will be contacted promptly by our customer service.

As soon as the express courier accepts the shipment you will be sent a shipment tracking link by email and via text message to the mobile number you specified when placing the order.

From the time you receive the email, delivery times in Italy are between 2 and 3 working days. For shipments to other countries delivery times are 5 working days.

What should I do if ordered items are missing from the pack I receive or if it contains damaged products? 

If you notice any products are missing from the pack at the time of receipt, or if it contains products that are different from the products ordered or if it contains damaged products, please contact Customer Service ( OR +39 0773 240389). If the pack is open when you receive it please inform Customer Service of the situation as soon as possible so that we can find out what went wrong.

Do I have any rights of cancellation? 


You cannot return:

- Products that may deteriorate or expire rapidly (foods, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages)

- Sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons

- Products that have been opened after delivery

- Products packaged to your specifications or clearly personalised products

- Orders for which an invoice has been issued
